Terms of the order in the online store Autoteile
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") apply to sales contracts for goods ordered from the Autoteile online store (www.autoteile.ee), concluded between Autoteile Baltic OÜ (hereinafter: the "Seller") and ordering the goods in physical or a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1.2. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the e-shop Autoteile Baltic OÜ are governed by the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Autoteile Baltic OÜ reserves the right to make changes to these Conditions and the price list. Changes and amendments to the Conditions and the price list come into force from the moment of publication on the website www.autoteile.ee. In the case of the filing of an order before the entry into force of the new Conditions, the Conditions in effect at the time of the filing of the order shall apply, unless otherwise provided by law or these requirements.
1.4. The Buyer confirms its agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement by stating the mark in the column "Subject to the terms of the Agreement" when ordering.
2. CART OF SHOPPING AND ORDERING
2.1. Ordering in the online store by the Buyer is possible without registration. It is enough to fill in all the required items, order form fields.
2.2. The buyer's shopping store is created after clicking the "Add to cart" button.
2.3. You can change the number of items in the cart. To confirm the changes, click the "Update" button. To continue placing your order, click the "Continue" button, you will be redirected to the Buyer's data page.
2.4. On the Buyer's data page, fill in the required fields and click the "Continue" button. You will be redirected to the delivery method selection page, then the payment method and order confirmation.
2.5. Be careful when filling out the data fields. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of filling out all the items in the order form. In the event of errors or the provision of incomplete information in the fields "Name" and "Delivery address", the online store completely disclaims responsibility for the execution of the order.
2.6. When the delivery method and address is specified and the order is paid, the Buyer can see the invoice for services in the "Order history" section. A copy of the invoice is automatically sent to the e-mail address specified in the order.
2.7. The contract of sale is considered concluded (effective) from the moment of receipt of payment of the Order to the settlement account of Autoteile Baltic OÜ.
3. PRICE LIST AND PAYMENT
3.1. All prices quoted in the online store are quoted in euros and contain a valid sales tax of 20%.
3.2. The cost of the purchased goods is added to the cost of transportation in accordance with the chosen method of delivery. After the Buyer places an order in the basket, the cost of delivery is added to the value of the goods in the basket. The shipping cost will be reflected in the invoice.
3.3. The shipping cost is calculated automatically provided that one order is delivered to one address. In the event that the Buyer wishes to be delivered goods to different addresses, it is necessary to issue different orders or pay extra for delivery to additional addresses.
3.4. To pay for goods, choose the convenient way of payment on the order form. You can pay for the order in the following ways: * Via the Internet bank (Swedbank, SEB, Danskebank, Nordeabank, LHV-bank, Krediidipank). After registration and payment of the Order, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address of the Buyer.
3.5. The Order is executed from the moment the payment is received to the settlement account of Autoteile Baltic OÜ.
4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS
4.1. After the entry into force of the treaty in accordance with paragraph 2.8. the goods that have arrived at the Autoteile Baltic OÜ warehouse are delivered to the Buyer at the address and on the date indicated when completing the order.
4.2. On the order registration page, the buyer chooses the most convenient way of delivery. Ways of delivery: * courier delivery. Delivery is provided by the courier service OSC Transport OÜ. The goods and accompanying documents are delivered by the courier within the established period and at the address specified in the order. On the day of delivery, a representative of the courier service will contact the Buyer and agree the time of transfer of the goods. * Pickup from the warehouse Autoteile Baltic OÜ. The goods are completed and prepared after receipt of payment. When the goods are ready for transfer, we will notify the Buyer at the contact telephone number or e-mail specified in the order. 4.3. In the event that timely delivery of goods is not possible for reasons beyond the control of Autoteile Baltic OÜ, we will notify you of the delay in the contact phone number or e-mail specified in the order within 2 days of the effective date of the contract on the basis of clause 2.8, new delivery time of the ordered goods.
